Kaushal is never preachy with his writing, he merely suggests ways in which we can change our own lives as well as those around us and to even have a different outlook on life! It has memorable moments laced throughout it which can easily be read throughout the day if you are having a tough moment. CORE is the kind of book that you can keep in your bag, and if you find that you are struggling for whatever reason, you can pull it out, breathe and read a section.

Kaushal’s writing is profound, moving and inspirational. I admire him writing so much and respect the reasons he has written this book. It is clear to the reader very early on that Kaushal is passionate about his work and wants to help people.

To summarize my thoughts on this inspiring, enlightening and informative book, I would say if you are looking for a self-help book that is extremely useful and will better your life and the way you view it, then please, read this book. It is an incredible read that is the perfect tool for anybody, and so I would implore all of you lovely readers to read it! This astonishing book gets Five Stars from me!
