Also, please do not let the title of this book throw you off because although it talks about a big city, the tools in this book can be used even if you live in a small town (like me!). It is an engrossing, captivating read that riveted me until the very end and so, I would implore all of you lovely readers to read it! Never before have I read a book so informative and uplifting at the same time so I implore all of you to immerse yourself in this wonderful book! The author of this wonderful book, Tanna Marshall has included many ideas and suggestions and even approaches to how you can bring about a sense of peace and calm. She has many great tips for those who struggle with stress and anxiety in their everyday life and many great ideas on how to start practicing peace and it makes for an incredible read that makes you want to better yourself and your life even more. She does all of this whilst including bits about her own personal experiences so this added a brilliant, personal touch to the book and I really did appreciate and admire that. The book was absorbing and captivating in nature, it made for a glorious read that has inspired me to live my life in an even better way and to appreciate and value every single day so thank you, Tanna Marshall, for helping me and so many others with your excellent book!

You can tell that Tanna Marshall is an expert in her field, the amount of research she must have done to make this book so astounding has floored me, it really is packed with detail which is up-lifting and never boring! The objective of any great writer is to instill feelings and emotions in the reader and Marshall did just this as she made me examine my everyday life. She has created an uplifting, helpful tool that I will use in my everyday life from now on.

My rating for this wonderful book, of course, has to be Five Stars, it would be crazy if I did not give it this rating after all of my praise over these paragraphs!
