These eight hard hitting and highly acclaimed short-stories take you from the trenches of world war I, to modern-day Texas in a search for meaning. Each story examines individuals who have to choose between courage or compromise.

Short stories, all of which are individually unique and brilliant as well as expertly written…. Yes please! a Case for Color: Colorful People in a Grey World is just this, a collection of short stories which are flawlessly written as well as incredibly entertaining and this is all thanks to the excellent author that everybody needs to watch out for, Daniel Camomile. Camomile is an incredible talent, as I think of his book my thoughts are that I am astounded by his literature and his skill as a writer and so, I already have to implore you lovely readers to read this phenomenal book because it can’t be missed by anybody!

a Case for Color is a collection of eight stories which are all individual as well as unique which all feature poignant themes. The short stories laced in this book are not all in a one-time frame but instead set in various periods of time. Daniel Camomile will take his readers on an epic journey across the decades from the frontline of World War 1 to modern day Texas. I adored the vast scope of this novel and as I am proud of the military, I mean, how can I not be as my husband is a Marine! I adored this, and the military parts were definitely my favorite. The sharp contrast between World War 1 and modern-day Texas is phenomenal and I adore Daniel Camomile for flawlessly transporting me to these two periods of time all while entertaining me.

Daniel Camomile is an exceptional author, this is evident thanks to the creation of eight short stories but also because he was able to transport me through time easily. When a book has themes of being in different time periods, I always look whether the author has able to transport me and Camomile most certainly did. His flawless narration and descriptive sentences made me feel as if I was in the trenches in World War 1 with all the chaos that was happening as well as being in sunny Texas. The sheer talent in this is phenomenal, and so I am in awe of Camomile.

As well as Daniel Camomile being an incredible writer, he is also an expert storyteller who has incredibly written many different stories for the reader to enjoy. Each story I loved because they all have poignant themes such as courage and compromise as Camomile so perfectly describes in his description. Short stories have to have meaning to them I believe, they are short and so they need to be able to tell a story, and when that story is meaningful and moving in a matter of pages, I will always love the book.

To summarise my thoughts on a Case for Color, I have no choice but to award this sensational book a dazzling Five Stars as it is utterly brilliant as well as phenomenal and it is not to be missed!
