Rosa De Angelo and Ellen McCarthy are about to become two of the newest victims of SEAS – Severe Environmental Allergy Syndrome. Haunted by dreams of orbs in the night, they wake up to news reports of UFO swarms and alien abductions by the thousands.
Separated from their families, Rosa and Ellen are ushered into isolation tent cities established to prevent the public from having any further exposure to the growing number of SEAS victims.
With the SEAS pandemic, coupled with increased seismic activity, and climate change threatening Earth, United States President Barbara Unger is searching for human salvation. She is contacted by two alien species, the Grays and the Guardians, both offering conflicting methods of action to save Earth.
The Grays offer to transport of up to one million humans to their planet, Nuur, mostly women of childbearing age as a safety measure to save humanity. The Guardians insist the Grays plan to use humans to create a dangerous hybrid species, that the diminished state of Earth is only temporary, and it will survive this crisis.
Knowing the Grays have manipulated us while the Guardians ulterior motives are unknown, President Barbara Unger will ultimately have to decide who is friend and who is foe. Will she place the fate of the human race into the hands of the Grays or Guardians?
Earth’s Ultimate Conflict is an epic space opera novel that has astounded me with its wealth of talent and a rich storyline. The dramatic plot and wealth of descriptive information in this book is incredible as well as inspiring to all those that want to be a talented wordsmith. Kathy Porter is just this, a skilled wordsmith with an impeccable talent to write a brilliant story that will captivate and entertain its readers from the first page. I felt exactly this as I read this novel, its unique science fiction tales of an alien invasion grasped me and kept me prisoner from the beginning and so, I implore all of you wonderful readers to read this marvelous book and get lost in its excellent story!
Earth’s Ultimate Conflict is a multi-layered, compelling story that follows a host of central characters (and creatures) as a pandemic spreads across the world. A pandemic known as SEAS (Severe Environmental Allery Syndrome) is spreading its way across the globe at an alarming rate, infecting a host of victims. Two of these victims are Rosa De Angelo and Ellen McCarthy; these two unfortunate women are being haunted by orbs in the dark and when they wake, they find that UFO’s are consuming the sky and alien abductions are happening in the thousands.
Rose and Ellen are soon taken away from their families to ensure that their syndrome is not spread to any more people. They are placed in one of the many isolation cities, but the SEAS pandemic is growing viciously; what is worse is that the changes in the earth’s atmosphere are causing a dangerous amount of climate change that could put humanity at risk.
At the point we meet the president of the United States, Barbara Unger (yes, a female president!) as she searches for a way to save humanity. Soon Barbara Unger is contacted by two very different alien species called the Grays, and the Guardians and both of these alien species offer very different methods on how to save humanity as well as earth. The Grays want to transport one million humans to their home planet, but only women of childbearing age but the Guardians are against this as they believe they want to use humans to create a hybrid species which could cause chaos for everybody. What will Unger do? Who should she trust? Will she be able to save humanity? Read Earth’s Ultimate Conflict to find out!
The story of Earth’s Ultimate Conflict is stellar and out of this world; its unique tale is unlike anything I have ever read before. Never before have I read a science fiction novel, or even heard of one in which aliens try to save the planet. It is a unique plot which makes for a thrilling read as the whole time the reader is trying to guess the aliens true intentions as well as who to trust and believe.
It has been a long time since I have read an alien novel but Kathy Porter, the superb author, has made me fall in love with alien featured books all over again as she has restored my faith that there are excellent and original alien stories out there!
Kathy Porter’s talent as an author is exceptional, and I adore her work so much. Porter’s thrilling narrative combined with her descriptive language will make the reader be able to effortlessly imagine the surroundings in the book as well as the aliens. The theme of a pandemic in this novel is brilliant as I love dystopian novels and usually, science fiction is never combined with dystopia so again, I applaud Porter on her talent to be an original wordsmith.
